A real video editor, with your video already in it.

Any run opens in a multi-track editor with the voiceover, the visuals, the captions and the chapters already placed. Add motion graphics, animated text and transitions, preview it live, and render it at full length.

It opens on a finished video

The editor never starts from an empty timeline. The voiceover and its waveform, every generated scene, captions built from the word timings and the script's chapters are already placed, so editing means adjusting a video rather than assembling one.

A real timeline

A main track, up to 3 overlay tracks and a voiceover level. Trim, roll and ripple edits, split, duplicate and ripple delete, with edges that snap to the narration's sentences, keyboard shortcuts and a hundred levels of undo.

70 motion-graphic templates

Maps that fly to a city, bar, line and pie charts, milestone timelines, news lower thirds, title cards, stat count-ups, quote cards and social posts. Text, colours and fonts are editable wherever a template carries them, and auto-fill writes the text from your script.

Animated text overlays

Drag a text box onto the preview, set its font, outline, shadow and backing plate, and animate it in with a fade, a typewriter or a slide. Handwritten captions write themselves on letter by letter, and accent banners drop into frame.

Transitions, motion and captions

12 transitions, from a fade to a whip, a cross zoom or a glitch, set per clip or spread across the whole video. Zoom and pan moves on every still, and burned-in captions with word-by-word highlight styles.

An assistant that edits for you

Describe the change and the AI assistant makes it on the timeline: motion graphics where the narration names a place or a figure, a swapped scene, new transitions, an overlay. Its edits undo exactly like your own.

Preview live, render in the cloud

The preview plays in the browser as you edit, motion graphics included, and the draft saves itself every few seconds. The render runs on our servers at 720p or 1080p, from the same daily allowance as every other render.

Built for the long end

Some editors bundled with AI video tools cap what they will export — TubeGen's stops at 30 minutes. This one opens the whole run, so a three-hour sleep video is edited and rendered in one piece, exactly like a ten-minute explainer.

Optional, every time

The pipeline still finishes the video on its own. The editor is for the uploads that want a hand: open it when a cut needs nudging or a graphic would land a point, and skip it when the automatic render is already right.
