By accessing and using autotube.pro, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

autotube.pro provides AI-powered automation services including but not limited to:

• AI script writing and content generation
• Text-to-speech voiceover services
• Thumbnail generation and optimization
• Content analysis and insights
• Video editing and processing tools

Channel research, competitor tracking, ideation and video publishing features use YouTube API Services. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these Terms, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains which YouTube data we collect, how long we keep it, and how you can revoke our access to your YouTube account.

You may only link or connect YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage. Where you connect a YouTube account for publishing, you remain the publisher of record: you choose what is uploaded, its title, description, thumbnail and visibility, and you are responsible for that content complying with YouTube's policies, including its disclosure requirements for altered or synthetic media.

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to create content that violates platform policies

You retain ownership of content you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service.

Our service, including all software, algorithms, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

If you subscribe to paid features or purchase credits, credit packages, or other one-time top-ups, you agree to pay all associated fees. Fees and credit purchases are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use the service; once credits have been consumed to generate scripts, voiceovers, images, video, or other outputs, the corresponding fees are non-refundable. Estimated credit costs are shown before each generation so you can review and control usage.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access and included credits until then. While your subscription is active, unused credits roll over from month to month. Credits already granted to your account remain on it for 30 days after a subscription ends, and are usable again if you resubscribe within that time; after that, unused credits expire.

Refunds. A subscription is refundable only for the portion you have not used. On a monthly subscription, that is the credits from the current billing month that you have not yet consumed, valued at the subscription's per-credit rate. On an annual subscription, that is whole remaining months whose credits have not yet been granted to your account — annual credits are granted one month at a time, never twelve at once, and a month that has already been granted is not refundable. Credits that have been consumed are never refunded, on any plan. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been consumed. Estimated credit costs are shown before each generation, so nothing is consumed without being priced first. Nothing here limits rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support first so we can resolve it directly. If a charge is disputed, we may temporarily suspend access to the subscription or credits associated with that charge while the dispute is pending. If the dispute is resolved against us or the amount remains unpaid, we may terminate the related access, subject to applicable law. We may provide relevant transaction, account-activity, and delivery records to our payment processor, card networks, and issuing banks when responding to a dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, autotube.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
