Channels
A channel stands for one niche and holds the defaults, competitors and YouTube link every project for it inherits.
A channel is a brand with its own projects, videos and settings. It holds the defaults new projects start from, the competitors you track, and the link to the YouTube channel you publish to.
Create a channel
On Channels, click New channel. Give it a Channel Name and a Color — the colour is how the channel is marked in every list, filter and pill elsewhere in the app. You can paste one Competitor Channel URL while creating it; more can be added later.
Edit the defaults
Open a channel and click Settings. The General tab holds the name, the colour, the YouTube Channel ID or URL and the Channel brief. The brief describes what the channel is about, who it is for and what kinds of videos fit; AI reads it when ideating topics and titles. Generate writes one from the channel's top videos and uses credits; you can also write it yourself. Save settings applies the tab.
The Default Presets tab sets one saved preset per pipeline step:
| Field | Used by |
|---|---|
| Script | Script |
| Voiceover | Voiceover |
| Visuals | Visuals |
| Render | Render |
| Video Description | Description & publish |
Each is a dropdown of your saved presets, or None. Click Save default presets. How presets are made and what the defaults unlock: Presets & one-shot generation. Full video creation driven by an AI assistant needs all five set — see MCP server & AI skills.
Competitors, YouTube and members
A channel's own page lists its Competitors with an Add competitor button, and — if you own the channel — a Members section. See Competitors & outliers, YouTube and Collaborators.
Archive and delete
From the row menu on Channels, Archive channel hides a channel from filters and pickers without changing any data; Unarchive channel brings it back. Delete removes the channel and all its competitors permanently. Projects attached to it are disconnected but stay in your account.
