Support & community

Where to ask a question, report a bug, and find the in-app guide and video tutorials.

Something broken, or stuck on a step? There are three places to look, and one of them is inside the app.

Get help

The question-mark button in the top bar opens the in-app help dialog. Quick Start walks the six steps from creating a channel to making a thumbnail; Video Tutorials holds walkthroughs, including building a first video and case studies of real channels.

Beyond that:

  • Discord — the fastest route, and where other creators answer too. The community is for subscribers; the Discord icon in the top bar of the app takes you to the invite.
  • Email — [email protected], also linked at the foot of the help dialog.

Reporting a bug

Include enough for someone to find the run:

  • The link to the project, or its title and channel.
  • Roughly when it happened, and your timezone.
  • What you clicked and what happened instead.
  • The exact error text, if there was one.

A project link beats a screenshot: it identifies the exact script, voiceover, media run and render behind the problem. See Projects.
